FIFA is launching a service to combat cyberbullying during the 2022 World Cup.
FIFA is committed to providing the best conditions for players to perform to the best of their ability
At the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, we will launch a service that will help protect players from the devastating effects that social media comments can have, said FIFA President Canni Infantino.
Social media support will prevent players from seeing offensive messages for a certain amount of time after matches.
FIFA will monitor the social media accounts of all World Cup participants for insults and threats, and then report violations to social media and law enforcement.
Teams, players and other individual participants in the 2022 World Cup will also be able to enable a moderation service that hides offensive comments, preventing the recipient and their followers from seeing them.
This type of abuse has a profound effect on players` well-being and mental health and affects their families.
We hope that the social media protection service will serve as a starting point in the fight against insults, and that social networks will support us in solving this problem at the World Cup, said FIFPro President David Aganso.

Football prediction Kyrie Irving apologizes for promoting anti-Semitic film after Brooklyn`s decision to suspend him
Brooklyn has released a statement suggesting point guard Kyrie Irving is out for at least 5 matches.
The Nets made this decision due to Irving`s promotion of the anti-Semitic film and unwillingness to apologize.
Irving posted on social media last week on Thursday. The post drew backlash, but Kyrie didn`t delete it at first, claiming he didn`t consider his actions to be promoting the film.
Later, Irving deleted the post and, along with the club, donated $500, 000 each to educational programs aimed at combating anti-Semitism.
At the same time, Brooklyn and the leadership of the NBA in the person of commissioner Adam Silver were what Irving did not fully admit that he was wrong.
We were disappointed that, when given the opportunity to speak to reporters, Kairi did not directly state that he did not have anti-Semitic prejudices, nor did he admit that this film promotes hatred of Jews. This was not the first time he had such an opportunity, but he did not take advantage of it again, "the Nets said in a statement.
Hours after Brooklyn`s announcement of the suspension, Irving posted an apology on social media.
I appeal to all Jewish families and communities that have suffered from my fast. I am deeply sorry for causing you pain and I apologize. At first, I reacted emotionally to being unfairly labeled an anti-Semite. Instead, I needed to focus my efforts on the healing process of my Jewish brothers and sisters who were affected by the hateful remarks made in the documentary. I want to clear up the confusion about how I feel about anti-Semitism, for this I apologize for posting a documentary without clarifying the context and explaining my attitude to the things expressed in this tape. It was not my intention to be disrespectful of Jewish cultural history regarding the Holocaust or to support hate speech. I am learning from this unfortunate event and hope that we can find mutual understanding.
This film contains some false anti-Semitic statements, narratives and language that are not true and are offensive to the Jewish race/religion. I take full responsibility for my actions, " the 30-year-old basketball player said in a statement.
