Daniel Ricciardo shared his opinion about racing outside of Formula 1.
The pilot of McLaren did not rule out that he would take part in the 24 hours of Daytona, since next year he would not compete in F-1. Ricciardo noted that he is not ready to spend extra races while participating in the Grand Prix, unlike Alpin driver Fernando Alonso. The Spaniard often trains at his own track between F1 weekends.
It`s hard to find time with our schedule. And, in truth, I do not want to spend a free weekend on the track. I think Alonso wants! But most other pilots don`t.
I do not refuse, it`s all about time and place. I`m too old to not sleep for 24 hours. . . Now my parties are not the same as before. But that (Daytona) would be cool, " Daniel said.
