The first edition of the new European Baseball and Softball National Superb Team will be held in Hoffdorp (Hall) from 18 to 23 September 2018. It was officially announced by the new Continental Confederation WBSC-Europe three days after the unification of the previoustwo separate federations of American sports in Europe - CEB and ESF. The creation of the new championship was announced at the end of last year, when the process of setting up the new management structure was launched. The first six countries in European rankings in baseball and softball will participate in the competition. The tournament by football live video is based on the World Premiere 12 Baseball Championship, featuring the Top 12 Teams in the World Confederation (WBSC). `The foundation of WBSC-Europe by uniting the baseball and softball movement of this growing market is yet another historic step towards the inclus ion of a billion followers in the next decade, so our sport will become a global and long-term Olympic`commented WBSC President Ricardo Fracari.
