John Terry: Courtois saved us

Chelsea`s defender John Terry admitted that his team was lucky to hold 1:1 draw in their visit to Paris Saint-Germain in eighth-finals of the Champions League. According to him, gratitude for this result from football tipster is for the goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, who made some great saves. Now, Londoners are in an excellent position before the second leg of the "Bridge".

"In the first half both teams are studying and the match was equivalent, as we were able to open the result. The second part was quite difficult for us. Thibault made some great saves to keep us in the game and leave with a good draw. Last year we complicated our things before the second leg of the "Bridge", but now we are in much better position. See, PSG is a very good team, especially up front. It will be quite difficult for us, but our chances are better compared to last season, "said Terry.

He highlighted the wonderful performance of goalkeeper Courtois and his competition with Petr Cech for the titular position in the frame.

"He is from another class. During the week, Peter made some great saves and brought us three points. Thibault returned to the door today and also has been fantastic. The competition in the composition is merciless, but this is exactly what we need," added the captain.
